  Highly recommended!

  Ivo is an honest, hardworking, trusted and reliable professional who goes about his work with the utmost diligence and care. He really goes the extra mile to help. He conducted a boiler service for my boiler which was advised for replacement the previous year by a less reliable company. He confirmed the boiler was working fine. He fixed the boiler clips which were broken off by the previous company. He issued the gas safety certificate. He hard-wired an oven and helped install the oven and microwave (built in). Would not hesitate to recommend for all plumbing and gas engineer works.

  Fantastic service

  Ivo was really helpful, efficient and so knowledgable. He was able to sort out our hot water in under an hour, and cheaper than expected. Would use again!

  New radiator fitted in gym studio

  Ivo did an excellent job, he is reliable and did exactly as we wanted. Ivo ordered and sourced the radiator and then did all the necessary works to fit it. In addition to this he fixed an outdoor gas appliance that had not been working for sometime. Definitely recommend

  Emergency call out to stem leak from shower through ceiling and repair.

  I would have no hesitation in recommending Ivo. He responds quickly and is very thorough in his work. He takes care to fully explain his findings and possible remedies and prices his work very fairly.

  Remove and replace 2 kitchen sinks (medium and half bowls)

  I was extremely impressed with Ivo's workmanship. He persevered with quite a difficult situation and managed to solve many problems this caused. He was meticulous and thorough and keen to complete the job to the best of his ability which he did over 2 days without overcharging. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Repair work

  I would thoroughly recommend Ivo Bertolli - he does a great job. Explains all the work and gets on and fixes it ! He came when he was scheduled to, left when he said he would, made no mess and solved the problem. He is reasonably priced and I will be using him again
