  To locate and re-pipe leakage in kitchen area. Replace rotten joists and replace flooring.

  Reassuring and expert advice on underfloor heating and boiler

  Mal got in touch within minutes of my posting the job. I was impressed with the way he immediately identified what the was causing the central heating problem. He was thorough and looked at everything that would affect the job and advised me on two options to consider. He is going to give me a written report to look over so I can decided which option to choose to make my underfloor heating and boiler workable as the winter approaches.   Track and trace under floor leak and repair.

  Mal attended quickly and within the time frame we agreed. He was careful to remove my kitchen cabinets and to remove the flooring above the suspended floor in my utility remove. The floor was cut so neatly that it was replaced after the job was completed without any visible signs that it had ever been removed. The underground leak was located quickly and repaired with new pipes. I am planning to upgrade my cloakroom and ensuite in the autumn and would definitely engage the services of Central Heating Services Ltd. A professional company with personable and reliable staff.

  Diagnosing a faulty boiler

  After a cry of help, requesting asssitance to resurrect my boiler, Mal responded within minutes. Had a quick chat about the issue, and provided an ETA. Turned up on time, was extremly polite, and diagnosed the issue quickly. ( it wasnt the boiler, my gas meter had given up the ghost) Once the gas supplier has solved the issue, i will, without a 2nd thought, be contacting Mal to carry out what seems to be a much needed boiler service.

  Bathroom fitting

  Excellent service provided, had a disable addaption for my elderly mother as she could not get in and out of the bath. very quick service removed existing tiles and bathroom suite, replaced with shower boards and new bathroom suite complete with a low profile shower tray and panel. It is as close to a wet room as can possibly be.
