    From the damp survey to completion of the job, Croft showed competence and caring. What in the past was a really messy intrusive job was completed with very little disruption to my household. The debris was cleaned up immediately and kept the dust to a minimum. I will definitely use Croft again and recommend them others

    We had walls damp proof and within a year of this being done, the damp was still bad in fact, worse. Trying to get them to come out and do the work was challenging and finally the boss came out and agreed to the work. When they came out, they left us with wallpaper on another wall damaged and needed to be replaced. I was left with a leaking radiator and even though they did fix this problem, it had lifted my floorboards and I have not been can offered any compensation. I also need to plaster the wall that they’ve done as it’s uneven. I have sent emails but I have had no response.

    An Initial report along with recommended works was produced. Work was booked within 3 weeks . The operative turned up on time and set up their equipment, putting down protective covering. Was friendly and explained what they would be doing. Work took around 3 hours from arrival to finishing. Area was left clean and tidy.

    I initially engaged Croft Preservation for damp proofing works but after speaking with them it was clear they had much more within their capability. I contracted with Croft to carry out damp course renewal, woodworm treatment, structural roof strengthening, rebuild of wall, new air bricks, re-plastering internally and some other general works. They were professional, delivered high quality work, reasonable pricing, integrity and honesty. Dealing with projects like this and builders can be a minefield and very stressful. Croft Preservation were brilliant and I would highly recommend them.
