  Good job, well done.

David Aram has already done some excellent roofing and decoration work for us so I returned to him for a complex mix of external and internal decoration and refurbishment. He visited, agreed a schedule of works and he quoted a competitive price. He produced a sensible work plan which was timed for weather, externals and internal. His team was led by Curtis who produced high quality work and set the standard and the small team were respectful considerate and hard working. The outcome is that we are happy with the quality of work, David's flexibility and the team's attitude. Good job, well done

Prompt answering of the phone and very polite

I called D A Property Services when some cabinets were collapsing. The phone was answered promptly and politely and when the work was carried out everything was done cleanly and efficiently. I will keep the contact for further work as there are always jobs to be done.

  House decoration

This was the third time that I have used DA Property Maintenance and each time they have delivered extremely good quality work. The team are very friendly, professional and reliant and scrupulous in ensuring minimum inconvenience to the client, and in ensuring that the site is left clean and tidy after the work has been completed. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm very highly.
