  D&A property maintenance recently repaired my roof. The scaffolders (Menace Scaffolding), and the roofing team were excellent. They worked efficiently and tidily and the communication from D&A was good. Very pleased.

  Best firm I have ever used for works on our home. Would not use anyone else.

  We have had several large difficult works done on our house, some to put right poor workmanship from other firms. They always know exactly how to put things right. The work is excellent and they are very good at explaining what they are doing or going to do. All employees are very polite. All is tidied up at the end of each day. I thoroughly recommend this firm.

  When a job escalates!

  We have used Dave and the team for many years, for various jobs, always with satisfaction. However our most recent job escalated from small to enormous, and we were glad to have the team involved; which certainly lessened the pain of a large project over 6 months.

  Reliable and trustworthy builder

  We used this company to do some fencing work, however it developed into a far more complex job due to the collapse of a dry stone wall. This company did a tremendous job! The team of workmen showed skill and professionalism in rebuilding the historic wall and were punctual, polite and kept us informed throughout the process to completion.   Top class repair and redecoration of bedroom

  David and team did an excellent job replacing the ceiling and redecorating bedroom following water damage from overflowing loft tank. Finished to a high standard, site left immaculately clean and tidy.

  Very knowledgable and excellent firm. Thoroughly recommended.

  We have just had a patio and path laid plus airbrick work and a new fence and garden gate fitted etc and all the work has been excellent, with attention to detail.
