  Professional, friendly and quality work

We would not hesitate to recommend Ben, James and his team. From our first enquiry email through to completion of the job, the whole team were brilliant - clearly skilled workmanship, coupled with being really respectful, timely and tidy each day. Ben's communication was second to none, always responding promptly to our queries and keeping us updated throughout. Choosing a contractor for this scale of project can feel daunting, but we could be happier that we chose to work with Design-A-Loft.

  Exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding quality

We couldn’t be happier with our loft conversion and would highly recommend Design-A-Loft! The detailed quote gave us complete clarity on costs from the outset, with any additional items clearly explained so no unexpected surprises. The quality, care and attention to detail throughout the build were exceptional. Ben, Jamie and the whole team were friendly, professional and considerate, especially towards our neighbours. They offered honest advice throughout and were always responsive to our questions. A fantastic team and an excellent finished result. Thank you Design-A-Loft!

  The best for loft conversion!!!!!

We recently had a loft conversion completed and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, organised, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were flexible whenever changes or adjustments were needed and always worked with us to find the best solutions. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every aspect of the finished space. Throughout the project, they kept us fully updated on progress, timelines, and next steps, which gave us complete confidence and peace of mind. Thank you!!

Trust worthy, high integrity, skilled company

Highly recommend using Design-a-Loft. We are super happy with our beautiful loft space. Ben was excellent at communicating: with a clear schedule of works so you knew where we were on the progression of the job and what was expected from both parties on decisions and payments. I think the true measure of a company is how problems are dealt with, we had a couple of issues that Ben took responsibility for and sorted. Bens team, lead by Jamie on site, were punctual every morning and worked all day, they were all great guys friendly and polite, skilled at their work and very tidy.

  Loft Conversion

Ben was amazing from start to finish. He and his team completed a full loft to bedroom and bathroom conversion, on time and to an excellent standard. Ben managed the whole project, ensuring scaffolders, carpenters, electricians, roofers, tilers and bathroom fitters were here when needed to keep the project moving. Communication was great, with Ben providing a full itinerary before we started and sticking to it throughout. He always let us know what was happening and when. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Ben and his team.

  Garage Conversion

I can honestly say that Ben and his team did not present us with a single problem during our garage conversion into a games room. Throughout the project Ben kept me informed about who would be with me, what times and what they would be doing. All members of his team from carpenters, bricklayers and electricians were super friendly ‘nice guys’ who did what they were there to do and make sure everything was tidy when they left. I had plenty of questions during the process but Ben never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I would honestly not consider using anyone else going for
