    Full House Interior renovation and repairing damaged roofs

    Darran has solid experience with strong on-hand practical skills and good building knowledge. He is a good and reliable builder, and can communicate well with clients. Moreover, he can also provide reasonable budget.

    Fitting a howdens kitchen

    Had darren and his workers in before to fit a bathroom and this is the second time , would have them back to do any job , reliable and very polite , great job guys

    Installation of new roof

    Full Scale Construction (FSC) were recommend after we tried others. FSC identified a defective lean to roof design and poor workmanship, both by our original new build developer. FSC were instructed where works included redesigning the roof. They were helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. As works began and the roof was exposed, further issues were identified by FSC resulting in the job taking much longer than anticipated. Regardless of the extra challenges, FSC were able to advise and rectify. If you have roofing issues, I’d happily recommend them.

    Fully renovated 2 houses

    Darran and the team at Full Scale were professional. Communicated well and worked to the schedule, and went above and beyond in addition to that. Some issues were found with the roof for example. Darran let me know, estimate cost and had approval before doing the work, even though it was absolutely necessary for the project to go forward. I would recommend Full Scale for a job large or small.

    Kitchen Extension

    We asked Darran for a quote for our full width kitchen extension and were really impressed from the start. A fair price was provided in a written and emailed detailed quotation, a payment schedule was also explained and agreed to before work proceeded. We are currently 80% of the way to completion and the process has been very smooth. Darran and his team are all great, knowledgeable and hard working. I’ve changed a few things along the way and this is easy with Darran as he offers advice, great ideas and fairly re-prices when things are adjusted. Would highly recommend Full Scale!
