I called HPR Services LTD midday on the 27th as my boiler was making a horrible noise. I was told by the very polite and competent receptionist that an engineer would be with me in two hours. The engineer arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed a fault with the boiler flue.Superb service, professional people who do what they say.

Do not recommend!! After having our kitchen floor flooded -laminate floor , and under sink cupboards damaged and now not being unable to close them, after being promised insurance will cover the damage, now we’re have been waiting for months and ignored ! It was easy job to do to -fix under sink valve . We now have uneven floor, can’t close cupboards , had to remove all cleaning supplies as we have two kids ( one of them toddler). Do not recommend!!! We have been told we have to claim through our insurance so their insurance will sort it ? Now to be ignored with damage done. Shame on you !

These people are beyond words. Where other trades have left me in tears of despair from leaks, poor workmanship and bad installs, HPR are everything and more at the other end of the scale. They (apparently) effortlessly put me at ease, it seems to be an ingrained behaviour for every single one of the guys I met. They are an absolute pleasure to be around, all very funny, relaxed and professional. Not only did they complete their install ahead of time, they put right the wrongs so freely handed out by their predecessors. With a genuine smile. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Amazing service provided by Chris on what turned out to be a very tricky job at Merchants Quay. Couldn't fault him on his communication skills keeping me up to speed with all the developments. Finally, through no fault of HPR, we now have heat and hot water!

Great job, on time and friendly staff, I would use again

HPR have undertaken works for me and I wouldn't use any other company now I have used them. Chris has not been anything but helpful and efficient and overall HPR have been a pleasure to deal with and look forward to dealing with them in the future.
