Roger in sales visited us at home to explain all regarding upvc complete home replacement windows package, he guided us professionally, he at no point presented any sales pressure which was so comfortable for us, he provided us with factual details and was sincerely and genuinely interested in selling us what we required and wanted , at no point did we feel obligated by his personal visit in our home , he advised us for what was right for us and our home, not his company, a family company whose ethos is quality and service and the highest standard of customer service .

Absolutely exceptional company. We had a new solid roof fitted to an existing conservatory. Right from the first meeting with Roger the service from Homestyle has been excellent. Dan and the whole team are very knowledgeable and friendly. No pushy sales techniques, just helpful guidance. When it came to the install, the builders were incredibly organised, hard working and professional. I can honestly say that every stage went according to plan and was not at all stressful which is simply testament to the organisation and skills of Homestyle. So pleased with results. Amazing company.

Can’t fault at all everything cleaned away and a very nice job done

Homestyle replaced existing windows in a flat, within a conservation area. Frames and windows were perfectly colour and style matched to the original. Homestyle’s representative was patient and diligent with the planning office. The installation was booked as soon as planning was granted and took place three months later. I am absolutely delighted with the result. The work was timely, trouble free and very tidy. The installers were meticulous, professional and polite. All debris was removed and the flat was left immaculate inside and out. I would thoroughly recommend Homestyle UK.

Excellent service …from first contact to fitting. Would highly recommend

Our original conservatory roof was replaced with a new Equinox Warm roof. All the people we had contact with were excellent from Roger & Becca in the sales room at Martlesham to the fitting teams. Special thanks to Martin, Harry, Craig and Toby. Also to the plasterers and the electrical fitter, Mark who installed the lights inside and out. Great Job done all round by all concerned. We have used Homestyle and number of times in the past 25 years and would highly recommend them.
