  Dominic was very professional and courteous. He came promptly to give an estimate and was flexible about wen he could carry out the work. He explained the issues clearly and ended up being able to carry out a repair rather than replacing the faulty flush mechanism and so ended up only charging me for his time. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

  10 out of 10 recommend this company! Dominic was very hard working and thorough when sorting out our broken Saniflo system. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, making sure there were no leaks, his explanation of problems he’d unearthed from how it had been previously fitted and how he was going to fix them. He cleaned and tidied up very well. I was very impressed and will be using him again to service our heating system which is not working properly.

  Dominic is simply superb. He has done a number of different jobs for me and all have been completed, quickly, on time, tidily and of excellent quality. He has done all the necessary certificates for me that are required when others are staying in my flat. He has replaced a cooker for me, serviced boiler.This time he replaced a kitchen tap and repaired the silicone sealing around a walk in shower which had become very loose and leaky. Dominic sent me videos of the work as he did it and checked I was happy. I have no hesitation giving him a key so he can attend when I am not there.

  Dominic attended for a free preliminary site visit within a few days of being contacted, and subsequently identified and fixed a long-standing leak in our kitchen. Following that he investigated another damp area and helped us to understand the cause and how to remedy. At all times Dominic was attentive, polite, highly competent and scrupulously clean. We would not hesitate to use Dominic again. Although employed here on wet plumbing, he is also competent in gas and electric fittings, so is able to advise in more than one area.

  Dominic completed an emergency central heating repair, efficiently and as promised. He repaired my boiler when other plumbers were pushing for a complete replacement. He has saved me thousands of pounds! Dominic was recommended by a friend and I will definitely keep his number for the future. He was very friendly and explained what he did.
