  Tiling and fitting bathroom suite

  Mark Smith took over a job for us that had been going slowly. To tile and fit a bathroom suite. All prep work done. They promised a good finish with mitred external corners on the top quality tiles. They did not deliver. They had to redo the corners completely and we elected to tolerate the poor finish on the rest of the tiling. They then messed up installing the £1000+ shower enclosure. It is not square and leaks, several critical components are unused. . It has to be removed and refitted. I would advise against engaging them.

  Amazing service from Mark Smith Plumbing and heating.

  Amazing service from Mark Smith Plumbing & Heating. We discovered an emergency pin-hole leak in a pipe in our airing-cupboard. We phoned on 8 am on a Monday morning and the plumbers arrived by 10am, The plumbers fixed the leak within 10 minutes. The plumbers were very polite and very knowledgeable and tidied up before they left. I can thoroughly recommend Mark Smith Plumbing & Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again..
