This was a simple job to stop a leak in the shower pipe. The engineer arrived on time, looked at the problem and sorted it quickly. He also advised on how to detach the fitting in order to replace another malfunctioning element of the shower. We are very happy with the work.

Annual service was carried out. They arrived on time and completed the service; they left the area clean and tidy. We have been with R B Poolman for several years and have a service plan with them. They have been excellent and when our heating broke down after hours one Friday night two years ago the emergency call out was responded to within an hour. The engineer ensured we had heating before he left and arrived back first thing on the Monday morning with a replacement part. Excellent service and always polite.

It’s great to have a local company carry out the work. We talk to people who care, the people who arrive recognise me and the house , are experts and care! Thank you Poolman- the antidote to the national utilities!

From the initial quote to the completion of the work I found that Poolman Plumbing and heating were professional and friendly.

We had a leaking toilet which RB Poolman were able to attend the same day. unfortunately there was a smaller secondary leak that only became apparent once the initial one was rectified, however the technician was sent back the next day to resolve and all is now working as it should, Fast, friendly and efficient with reasonable costs.
