R k plumbing and Heating arrived exactly on time on the correct day. The engineer was extremely polite and professional, the job was completed without fuss, our house was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company. A very competitive quote as well. 5 star service. As usual the service offered by Ryan & his team was excellent. I had several smaller jobs to be carried out and these were carried out efficiently and courteously. Not much to say really. RK contacted me to remind me the service was due. They arranged an appointment at my convenience. The engineer arrived exactly on time. He was polite, helpful and efficient. Our ancient boiler broke last year, RK were quick to advise us on the best replacement and fit a new boiler. They also checked the radiators (at no extra cost) in our home as they weren't heating up evenly. A year on they reminded us to book our yearly service.
