    Fitted Fascias and Soffits to the front of my house on the main roof

    I was initially happy with the work completed though later realised that the facscia they fitted has actually resulted in not being able to open windows. Something fairly basic for a roof professional, so would be wary about getting them to any big jobs. I have called and messaged Jamie Goode to rectify this on multiple occassions and have been let down on two separate days that he said he would come. He has not attempted to come over or call me back and has been blocking my calls. I am disappointed with his lack of response and clear lack of concern at not completing a job correctly.

    Loft conversion, which took the planned 6 weeks.

    There were some issues along the way, more like stumbling blocks that can't be helped when your roof if taken off, but and everything was fixed. And we have a lovely conversion.

    Hard working and finished job on time. Any issues dealt with without any argument.

    Loft conversion

    No real problems, they were happy to change things, stage payments were handled well and understandingly. Most of the men worked hard and put in a good days work. Trusted them with the house keys. The usual thing with all builders was finishing the job off which in this instance worked for me as well to a point. No problem recommending them.
