Excellent Work on Our House Extension
Really pleased with the work carried out by RELM Interiors on our house extension. The team was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the project. They paid great attention to detail, kept everything organised and made the whole process feel much less stressful. The quality of the finish was excellent, and we’re so happy with the extra space. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service for the Second Time
We have now worked with RELM Design & Build team for the second time, and once again we are extremely happy with the result. Our first project with them was back in 2023, and they did an amazing job. When we decided to extend our second house we had no hesitation in working with them again. The service this time was just as good. The team were professional, reliable and easy to work with throughout, and the quality of the finished extension is excellent. We are very happy with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

RELM Interiors is a family-run design and build company based in Wimbledon SW20. Established in 2015, RELM Interiors brings together a team with over 15 years of experience in residential renovation, construction and Design & Build projects across London. We renovate, extend and finish homes across Wimbledon, Wimbledon Village, Raynes Park, Putney, Richmond, Kingston, Fulham, Chelsea and the rest of South West and Central London.

What we do

House extensions: rear, side return and wraparound, often with a new kitchen
Loft conversions: hip-to-gable and dormer, with new bedrooms and en suites
Basement conversions: structure, waterproofing and full finishing
Full house renovations and refurbishments

Painting and decorating, inside and out, including wallpaper and panelling
Bespoke joinery, wardrobes and storage made in our own workshop

How we work

One accountable team looks after your project from the first drawing to handover: design, drawings and approvals, construction and finishing. Every project has an experienced project manager, with skilled trades and trusted specialist contractors. We give you a preliminary budget early, then visit and send a detailed proposal with scope, programme and cost. Estimates are free.
