  The workmen came promptly once I accepted their quote to take measurements and confirm that I wanted the glass frosted. When they returned to install the glass I was pleased to see that they had matched the frost on the remaining panes. They carried out the work cleanly and quickly. Very pleased with the entire process.

  Replaced 3 very large and one medium sized window but kept my Brazilian mahogany frames intact. T

  Wanted to keep my original wooden frames intact so odd leg frames used supplied by MB Frames of Bristol. No internal work needed a big bonus. Very professional staff, polite and tidy and a competitive quote. Highly recommend Ridon.

  They were professional and friendly, did their job and let me know that as it is a glass panel in my door that has to be replaced that it will take 5 day s as it has to be hardened and I requested that it be frosted.

  Ridon Services - Honest, Efficient & Well Priced

  We requested Ridon Glass to quote for a change of two sash windows. The quote was acceptable and their communication, staff and works completed were all excellent. The works involved just swapping two window units and other window companies informed us we would need new windows which would have cost us at least three times the cost with Ridon - Ridon were very honest and efficient. They even cleaned both windows after the works were completed. We would definitely recommend their services to other potential clients.

  I had various quotes for my job and chose Ridon Glass as they seemed the most professional. Very happy with the quote and Ben was thorough in explaining all the best options for our needs. Kept up to date at all times through the ordering process to date of scaffold erection and installation dates. Alex & Rory worked tirelessly on our installation on one of the hottest weeks of the year, and did an excellent job.   Excellent Service

  First class service from the telephone call on the Monday to the fitment on the Friday. I desperately needed a glass pane replaced with a sold panel so a dog flap could be fitted and also a couple of new hinges to windows that needed replacement. The whole team from Rachel and John in the office through to excellent fitment by Dave and Sam, even fitted the dog flap for me and advised on the dog flap size etc. I would highly recommend. Service was top notch!
