  Brilliant service

Sam and Nicola were brilliant at helping us instal our logburner. The level of service was exceptional, from helping us order one to fitting it in an awkard spot, and really taking the time to ensure we had it in the right place and showing us how it worked. Sam was very friendly, clean and professional, and Nicola was great at getting us all the info we needed quickly. Huge thanks to you both - we love it and have already recommended you to neighbours.

Excellent Stove Fitting - wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I highly recommend Sam and the team. They are very prompt and reliable with excellent communication . Sam went above and beyond to help us source the right stove and fitted it with care and to a very high standard. He was polite and helpful and very easy to have in our home. His attention to detail is superb and as a result we were very happy with the job on completion.

Nice to deal with good people.

Sam fitted our Log Burner several years ago and comes back to sweep the flue and maintain the burner annually. He and Nicola were, from the start, and ever since, have been a pleasure to deal with. They keep you informed of dates and times and let you know immediately if anything changes and ensure it’s still ok. Sam leaves the room as he finds it with zero mess left and is always happy to chat through any questions I might have. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of getting a log burner installed or simply having their chimney swept. Great people.

  Highly recommend

Will definitely be recommending STK to anyone needing a new stove, both Sam and Nicola were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Gave great advice on what stove to use, promptly responded to questions we had and did a fantastic job with the install. Really pleased and can't wait to use it when it gets colder again.
