  Safe and Secure 24 were fabulously prompt in responding to my Checkatrade on-line request and scheduled a local Engineer to visit at a mutually convenient time. They took relevant details of the fault and the Engineer arrived ahead of schedule with necessary spares in hand. The fix was identified and my Security Alarm System was back up a running within 30 minutes. Highly recommend S&S24 for their timely response, professionalism and price.

  Quick and effective response to my Checkatrade request. Fully understood my requirements and despatched a service Engineer promptly. Security Alarm System fault identified (Backup Battery needed replacement) and fixed the issue on site with immediate effect. Engineer arrived ahead of scheduled time and was very courteous during the visit and repair. Highly recommend for even the simplest of jobs at am affordable price.

  Great service Great company

  We recently had cameras fitted at my mum’s house after her window was broken due to antisocial behaviour, which left her understandably anxious. From start to finish, this company were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was prompt and professional throughout, and what really stood out was that they were never pushy or salesy. They took the time to explain the options properly without making us feel pressured into buying anything. The gentleman who came to install the cameras was absolutely lovely. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to carefully explain to my mum.
