We had this company replace quite a number of sealed double glazing units today. The service from initial contact to completion has been excellent. On the initial visit we were advised which window units were already at the top level and did not need replacing. The estimate was clear and did not change at any stage. The fitters arrived at the time stated and took around 90 minutes to replace 1 5 units. Both to upstairs and downstairs. One upstairs window not directly accessible from a ladder. The workmen were friendly and took care of our property. Would recommend.

Good communication, price arranged up front. Nick arrived early and worked quickly, tidily and professionally. Gave helpful advice too. Would recommend and use again.

I have been very impressed with the service and product that I have received from Sheerwater Glass. Team members have been helpful, friendly and welcoming whenever I visited the showroom or phoned which was ample times as I couldn't make my mind up. They were all very accommodating and are individually delightful people. 10 out of 10 to them all.

One of our windows was no longer opening, possibly due to a broken lock. We have used Sheerwater Glass a few times in the past, and once again we have not been disappointed. It was indeed a question of replacing the locking mechanism, which was done quickly and professionally. Thank you in particular to Ruslan, who carried out the repair, for being so polite, professional, and for explaining exactly what had gone wrong. We would definitely use Sheerwater Glass again in the future.

The team at Sheerwater Glass have been helpful all the way through the process; from my initial request for a quote right up to the completion of work. The fitters went above and beyond to help and did a very professional job. The job site was left in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

From enquiry to completion we received excellent service from Sheerwater Glass. We were especially impressed by the fitter Damian who had to work alone due to illness. He worked quickly but with care to ensure all the windows and doors were in place and secured before he left after 6 on the first day and he was back at 8 the next morning to finish off. Damian explained what he was doing and was very polite. He was also very tidy. I will certainly use Sheerwater Glass again in the future. 5 star service.
