Several issues with the standard of work and customer service from Space. I returned from holiday on the scheduled completion day to find no kitchen sink and an unsecured inoperable double oven. They didn’t have the basic courtesy to let me know about the above issues, on complaining their attitude was tough it was broken on installation and we’ve placed a special order. The sink was finally fitted five days later. Numerous other issues including;
A gap between the worktop and wall large enough the wall tiles didn’t cover it and my tiler had to use extra adhesive

The Sink was damaged and a replacement was ordered immediately but due to COVID causing problem with the supply chain that replacement did take nearly a week to come in to us.
The reason we did not make contact on the Friday about the damage to the sink and the outstanding work was that we were not expecting the customer back for several more days and did not want to disturb their break away. We had everything in hand to be resolved prior to the scheduled return date.
The Inoperable oven mentioned was simply that since the house was unoccupied the isolator switch had been left off ( It was simply a matter of switching the switch on). Incidentally we went out on Friday evening to flick the switch for them.
