We recently used Sun-Rise Installations Ltd to replace the majority of windows in our house. We were extremely pleased with the customer service from Keith prior and during the work. The installers Darren and Curtis did a great job of fitting the windows with minimal disruption to our interiors. They were also very good at cleaning up after they finished each room. We would highly recommend using them.

Sun-Rise Installations staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the work required. They sent me a reasonable quote and did the work promptly. The work was of a good standard and I have asked them to do more work for me.

Installation of new windows throughout the house including Astragal bars. Looks to be good quality window units with Yale fittings. Installers were very professional and well trained. Couldn't give higher praise to the installers or process - they couldn't be faulted. Slight delay to the installation but really didn't matter. When it happened it was very efficient.

Excellent work done to roof, all builders were polite and professional in their work. All mess cleaned up, with added cleaning to inside. Would recommend this company to anyone in the Lowestoft area.

They came out to me immediately I contacted them telling them I could not get into my house. They removed existing broken lock then installed temporary lock to make the door secure. Then they supplied and installed new multipoint lock.
