    Swift replaced 36 windows and 4 doors plus new gutters

    They were cost effective with a good choice of products and provided personal advice on the most appropriate window and door fittings for our house. They were on time and always provided an update on progress made to date and a timetable as to when the works were likely to be completed. They thoroughly cleaned the working areas at the end of each day and protected the carpets and flooring with blankets / sheets.

    Replacing existing conservatory roof with new warm solid roof

    A great responsive and caring family business. Swift home build a new solid conservatory roof for us. Chris was thorough in the initial process of planning and facilitated with practical advices and suggestions. Aaron was polite and very accomodating while undertaking construction. The project completed to our satisfaction. We shall consider them for any future project again without hesitation.

Guardian Solid Roofs

We are a Guardian Roof Approved Installer for homeowners to have complete peace of mind, when deciding on choosing to change their existing Glass or Polycarbonate Conservatory Roofs. The feed back we have from customers that have existing Conservatories, is that in the Winter months they can be too Cold and the Summer months too Hot to enjoy. With a Guardian Roof you can enjoy your Conservatory ALL year round. At Swift we offer a choice of colour finishes and choice of Tile finishes from, Tapco or Metrotile with all materials being totally LABC compliant.

The Guardian Roof is not just for existing Conservatories, we also offer this roof choice to customers wishing to purchase a new Conservatory. Our Computer Design service allows you to choose from a huge range of designs to suit your budget and your property layout.

MISTED GLASS

Sometimes double glazing can become misted up due to a breakdown in the glass unit. We have a full glass replacement service that will clear up the problem.
