Repair of boiler
I’d have absolutely no hesitation to contact George Lane again if we require and work done on our boiler and would recommend him others also without a second thought. George was polite and courteous and arrived at the arranged time and identified the problem very quickly causing the noise our boiler was making. The fix to our boiler was completed within a few hours on the same visit for the fixed price that was agreed before the visit with no hidden costs or surprises. No need to search any further, Thames Boilers and George Lane will be your best option.

New pump fitted for central heating
George provided a fixed price for replacing the pump. He was quick, tidy and extremely personable. He went out of his way to show me the old pump in order to explain that there wasn't sludge in the system as I had first suspected (i contacted him for a system power clean but he advised replacing the pump would be cheaper and likely to be far more effective) so he saved me a lot of money. Thanks George. It's great to now have someone like you in the contact list for future needs.

Boiler service

New bolier and thermostatic radiator valves
George was absolutely brilliant, and worked like a trooper long into the night on 1st day to ensure we had heating and hot water. He was very courteous and polite and was clear in his quote and the work he undertook. We would thoroughly recommend him. K&J Jones

New push button flush fitted on toilet.
I found Thames Boilers via Google search as I needed an emergency plumber to come out asap. George arrived quickly within an hour (Other companies had agreed to take on the job but had later let me down!). George assessed the problem, gave me a price and got the flush working again. There was a 10% discount as I was a new customer. I was so happy with the work that I booked him to come back and replace the flush with a new one a week later. I highly recommend Thames Boilers as George is very pleasant and polite, the service is prompt and timely and the standard of work is excellent!

Boiler Service and 3-port Valve Fitting.
George did a great job servicing our 30 year old boiler and replacing a faulty 3-port valve. Turned up at agreed time and was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing. Would recommend.
