  Staircase makeover

  We selected Wokingham Carpentry after getting a few quotes to refresh (that’s probably an understatement) our staircase. Harry came round and did an initial quote and talked through our options with us, then after we had received the quote came round again to get some additional measurements. Matt and Dan completely removed the balustrades, newell posts and spindles in what wasn’t the most straightforward job. At the end of each day it was made safe and they cleaned up after themselves which was hugely appreciate. The replacement is an oak staircase with glass, we are super happy with.

  Excellent work completed.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my new bespoke wooden doors! The craftsmanship is exceptional. Wokingham Carpentry were professional, meticulous, and left the workspace spotless, friendly and approachable too. From the beautiful timber finish to the modern secure lock system, everything was executed perfectly. Highly recommend their services!

  Interior refurb projects

  Harry & his team (Oliver & Chris) did a fantastic job on several projects: removing coving & curtain tracks over a bay window; removing a tricky fireplace hearth; plastering over an exposed brick chimney breast, & finally opening up, squaring off an archway between 2 rooms. Replastering all areas. I’m thrilled with the results. Chris’s plastering was flawless. Harry & his team provided a truly great service at a fair price. They were always professional, friendly, on time, got on with the job & did a great clean up. I highly recommend Harry & will be calling him for my next project.

  Highly recommend Wokingham Carpenty

  Harry and the team built a custom wall to wall bookshelf, a home office unit and replaced our spindle staircase with oak and glass. From start to finish the team have been amazing to work with every time. They are exceptionally tidy, really understand the desired look and come up with lots of options and ideas, and can be trusted to get on with the job (you hardly notice they are there). We highly recommend Wokingham Carpentry and would look to work with the at every opportunity!

  Arching of openings following removal of doors

  Finally managed to get door openings arched after removal of doors plus new skirting. Lovely finish, very pleased with result. Great work Harry & team.
