Great Service - Highly Recommend!
Fantastic service from Your Damp Specialists! They carried out a thorough survey of our property and the work was completed exactly as expected. I couldn’t fault the service at all! Great communication from Kat and Dave too. They were quick to respond to our questions and kept everything straightforward throughout. Would highly recommend!Verified reviewerJob location: TS610 Damp Proofer

Very pleased
Amazing experience from start to finish. Very professional upon approaching the business, booked an appointment with ease, everything was very modern with confirmation emails and text messages. Dave couldn’t do enough for us, Kat was amazing in the office right through to the lads on site. They found extra damp when the project started but didn’t charge a single penny for the extra work that needed to be completed (which was just as well as I was out of funds) any problem or issue that I had Dave was immediately on the end of the phone. I would without a doubt recommend this anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐Verified reviewerJob location: TS101.67 Damp Proofer

My Experience with Your Damp Specialists – Why I Would Not Recommend Them
I strongly advise others to think carefully before using Your Damp Specialists. My experience was extremely disappointing. The finish around my mum’s bay window left a gap I estimated at approximately two inches between the wall and carpet. When I complained, the company relied on its terms and conditions and declined to rectify the issue. I felt the terms and conditions were used to defend the company’s position rather than resolve my concerns. I also questioned the plasterboard used and was dissatisfied with the response. I signed the satisfaction form while offshore, before seeing the finisJob location: TS1310 Emergency Damp Proofing Service

Professional, friendly and trustworthy
Dave came out, showed us the damp readings and explained the understairs cupboard just needed ventilation, not damp-proofing. He also told us about the independent guarantee which goes with the property if you sell it later. No pushy selling, all questions answered and very patient. Kath, in the office, was quick to answer phone calls/messages. We were kept in the loop & paperwork was issued promptly Phil, who did the work, went through everything. He worked quickly, sent us photos, checked we were happy with the job and worked wonders with an unexpected burst pipe. He was exceptionalVerified reviewerJob location: TS1810 Damp Proofer
