Expert advice and repair
Our central heating and hot water stopped working. Mark visited and advised that as it appeared to be a boiler problem, we should use our warranty and call out an engineer. We did that and they replaced the pump but there was still a problem with the box controlling the switching on and off of the radiators. Mark came back and replaced this.
