Running with a skills set that has taken over 37 years to develop, initially with a 10 years’ engineering background, followed by many years of working in the building industry.  Our team have a total over several years of experience between us, we have worked together for many years and cover every trade required, along with access to full technical back up for clients. We build new build, extensions, loft conversions carry out full renovations and modification whilst installing Structural steels, supply and fit kitchens and bathrooms, and provide all roofing and carpentry services. The complete building package is what we specialize in with peace of mind for our clients, that they know we will deliver their vision from the ground up, all our large builds are run under FMB contracts. Also, we can install all your windows and doors and specialize Aluminum &amp; PVC products complying fully with Building Control government guidelines by our qualified installers.  We are more than happy to do the internal or external works or build your ideal home extension. We would manage and supply and run your complete requirements. We are also able to call upon our own trades - plumbers, Electricians and bricklayers among other trades - who have worked alongside us over many years. Our team emphasis is on ‘attention to detail’. We make every effort to ensure your home improvements runs quickly and smoothly, and you get the product you ask for! We are fully committed to making sure that our services can be tailored to meet the detailed needs of all our clients. I decided to ask 3Lance for a quotation for renovation of our two bathrooms after seeing the quality of work Andy’s team performed on a large extension for our son-in-law. I was not disappointed. Our project has run smoothly from the start (with a designer recommended by Andy helping my wife and I to decide what we wanted) to a finished result that is truly exceptional. Aside from the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout, what has impressed me most is that nothing was too much trouble, with my sometimes nit-picking requests being accommodated without complaint.  Fantastic service!

May not be the cheapest, but are certainly among the best.

Andy and his team completed our project to a very high standard. We had a complex build that included a complete refurbishment but Andy communicated with us regularly and did a fantastic job of project managing the build. He gave some very helpful recommendations for suitable materials and we were very pleased with the small improvements he suggested to our design. His team were polite and worked very hard to deliver a very good finish.

Conversion and extension

A 6 month project to demolish a large part of the property and rebuild with creation of 2 x extensions. Complete landscaping of garden and patio with front drive also landscaped. All aspects of building undertaken - demolition, foundation creation, build, new plumbing and electrics, roof, rendering and redecoration with installation of underfloor heating. Andy has project managed the whole process, keeping to cost estimates and timelines. All the employees at 3 Lance have been highly skilled and courteous and tidy. Highly recommend for all aspects of building. The work looks amazing!
