A heat pump and new hot water cylinder were installed three months ago, on Tuesday I returned home to find a puddle under the cylinder (manufacturing defect in cylinder) I contracted AAC group and they were there next morning at 08.30, they confirmed manufacturing defect and contacted manufacturer.  AAC group shifted their work around to be able to fit it on the Friday morning (about a 5 hour job with the way it was plumbed) .  All sorted and finished by Friday afternoon, really excellent service for a problem they had no part in creating.  I would strongly recommend this firm.

First class service

Excellent team who installed a heat pump and hot water cylinder for me.  Initial home visit lasted over 3 hours mainly because I kept asking questions and Simon who did the assessment actually bothered to answer them fully unlike others who have visited.  Team who actually did the installation were great and took the greatest care to minimise any damage when taking up carpets or laminate flooring. 
Cannot recommend them too highly but at the moment they only cover Kent.  I understand they are busy with quite a lot of work sorting out other installers work that has problems.
