Alex, is 31 years old she is a lady locksmith, this is great if a customer is a little worried or feels vulnerable about allowing a man into their house. You can request Alex to visit for an appointment when you ring. We give discount to OAP&#39;s and students, just inform us when you ring. We do NOT charge a CALL OUT FEE. We aim to reach customers within 30 minutes.

Les did a brilliant job fixing our faulty door in an emergency. He came quickly and sorted it out for us and was very friendly and reasonably-priced. Would highly recommend him.

Very good locksmith

I had a window lock that stopped working properly; Leslie was very responsive in discussing the problem and finding a time. He gave me a clear quote and expectations around parts availability. On the day he was great; he managed to fix the lock without any problems, quickly and efficiently. I was very happy and can thoroughly recommend him.

Les is excellent - solved our issue very quickly and gave some great advice about another lock issue we were having (which wasn’t included in my job description initially). On time and a great communicator.

Window locks and handles

He quoted a price and I accepted but during the job he complained the whole time and acted as though he was doing it as a favour and not a paid job which made me feel uneasy. Quality wasn’t the best, especially for the price charged.

Wouldn’t recommend

Great and quick service. Genuine guy, saved us money by cleaning the gearbox instead of buying a new one.
