Did the job, the pull down cord had got stuck in the mechanics and had stopped the garage from opening. However the contractors told the tenants it was a no fault incident and then proceeded to tell the letting agency it had been bent by the users, so consider them to be untrustworthy.

Abacus Garage doors were excellent. They arranged a time to come and arrived early which was excellent. They replaced the broken wire quickly and efficiently. He was polite and kept me informed throughout. I would recommend them and will probably have them replace the door in the future.
