Satellite dish replacement

Having used Tom before to install a new satellite dish and on another occasion to install a new arial and retune a tv to our complete satisfaction, it was a no-brainer to use his services again especially as he is local to where we live.

I wanted a new tv set up for my son who has complex, special needs. Tom was really patient with him, listening and answering his questions and set the tv up connecting it to his soundbar and Blu-ray player and showing him how to operate the remote. The old tv was going to my Dad who is in 90s and Tom took that and went to set that up also. Very happy!

Tom was really knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted to achieve and he advised me on the wall mount o required 

He then came promptly to fit the mount and TV and supplied some of his own more secure brackets to fit the mount on the plaster board. 

He then kindly did an extra piece of work for me which was not in the original spec - and he did not charge me. 

All in all a very satisfactory experience
