ACL GP Ltd rebuilt and configured an existing 3 bedroom chalet, into 5/6 bedroom house. This entailed removing entire existing roof, demolishing garage, side main gable wall and removing rear extension and internal existing floor joists etc.  Removed ground floor existing concrete floors, staircase and various internal walls. We newly built the ground and first floor, converted the loft, side rear and front extensions.  Reconfigured the entire internal areas, new ground and first floors comprising of concrete lower, joist and flooring to first floor. Complete internal fit out of new build including, kitchen, ensuite, bathrooms, utilitly rooms, flooring, all built as per current building regulations and standards. All plastering and decoration and finishings also completed. Externally - new block driveway, wrought iron gates and fence, rear and side  stepped slate effect patio. Doug project manages a great team of professional, knowledgeable, tidy tradesmen-all of which have been extremely reliable, completing the work with care and to very high standards. Doug has had great communication with us throughout, giving advice and using his extensive experience to problem solve which was invaluable. He provided constant updates and was always available by phone or text. We really can’t find fault with any aspect of working with ACL and feel very lucky to have found a ‘good one’ amongst the numerous home improvement companies available. HIGHLY recommend Doug & ACL.

They turned up, did what they said they would do, kept communicating during the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Sounds simple, but becoming increasingly rare these days!

Wall Removal and New Doorway

Two new doors had been fitted very badly and ACL was asked to re-do the work.  That was done very well.  There was also remedial work internally and to the brickwork, plus some internal painting.

Can highly recommend ACL the work was punctual, efficient and to a high standard. Doug kept us fully up to date with the progress. Work was completed to our entire satisfaction within the time scale quoted.

Doug and his team were great.  Very tidy work and always there to discuss the build as it was going ahead.   It was a large job and I would recommend ACL to anyone thinking of any kind of extension.  It’s made such a difference to our lives at home.
