Charlie did not turn up to our appointment.  I called him and he said he'd forgotten about it but would be in touch to arrange another appointment.  However, he made absolutely no contact. I messaged him again but he did not respond.

They installed 4 units over 2 days without disturbing the opening hours of the pub, very experienced lads, and friendly. Brilliant service.

Charlie and I communicated via the app and WhatsApp. He was booked to attend my property at 9am on Monday but never showed up. After several attempts to contact him, I had no choice but to book someone else.  Extremely disappointed with AC.L.S Installations & Maintenance Ltd.
