Professional hardworking and courteous

Our experience was very different to the other 6 reviews here. The job took over twice as long as promised. We suffered major internal damage due to insufficient covering between removing old roof and fixing the new one and rain pouring in. Plus a foot through the ceiling. Then harassment for an unwarranted, unexplained, additional £2500 payment after the job was finally finished. After several emails asking for a legitimate explanation, we never heard back and our emails automatically rejected. Cosmin is really personable, and job completed, but overall an experience we never want to repeat.

Not what we expected

Cosmin and Andrei came to quote on a partial roof patch-up, after a thorough inspection, supported by clear photo and video evidence, they explained that this section of the roof actually needed replacing rather than just patching. What really stood out to me was their honesty. Where many builders might have tried to push for a full roof replacement.  They focused only on what was necessary, which immediately got my trust. The back rear roof was replaced professionally and to a good standard. The work was completed on time, using quality materials, and the finish looks clean and well done. Communication was clear, and the job was handled efficiently. Overall, I am satisfied with the repair and would recommend the service.
