the man answered straight away was here withing 30mins fixed it in 10mins and price was good considering he came round 8.30pm

problem with lock which needed adjusting it took 10min and the guy called Johnson was as

Emergency call-out to open a domestic safe on a Sunday evening ( 19/4 ).  The engineer ( Johnson? ) was prompt and courteous, and successful.
