We reached out to Active Services for a quote for a Damp Survey on a house we were buying after the Home Survey had found a leak in the roof and advised to contract a PCA Registered company to confirm any damage/rot to the timbers.

Fran was quick to reply and a pleasure to deal with. She prepared a tailored inspection for us and gave the option for a targeted inspection of the effected area or a whole roof timber inspection.

The damp survey was booked and completed promptly by one of their team and the reportgave us peace of mind in our purchase.
