Found Andy on checktraders, He is so professional he presented himself with a business card  on arrival,  I wanted a wall removed He explained every part of the work involved bricklayers. RSJ , electrician, plaster, joiner ,  Andy sent the estimate  the same day. 
Andy goes the extra mile He is so nice to deal with we decided to let him give us a fitted kitchen. His work is excellent.

We had 2 x lintel and cavity tray replacements / remedial works completed. Work needed completing within 4 weeks. 

Andy was knowledgeable when quoting. He was attentive to the scope of works and issued a competitive quote quickly. He was very responsive, providing confirmation of a date for the works within a short time of us accepting the quote.

The work area was kept clean (washed down each day). Waste removed. All suitable equipment was used (acrows, strongboy, scaffold for first floor window access), all included in quote.

Workmanship, service and professionalism all good. Reliable.

Lintels, cavity trays and brickwork

We recently hired Andy to carry out a steel RSJ installation as part of a reno, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood every step before work began.

The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. The steel beam was installed efficiently, accurately, and to an exceptional standard. You can tell Andy takes real pride in his work—everything was done safely and neatly.
