Yet again! another shocking discovery in a customers loft.. This was found hidden under the loft insulation burnt out after getting so hot. This is a very dangerous way of doing things it'd had the fused plug cut off and then badly connected into the upstairs lighting circuit. unfortunately something like this disaster waiting to happen. 

It does amaze me how some of these installers sleep at night knowing they've left products fitted like this in a persons home! Yet again another amplifier under the insulation burnt out as you can clearly see this time from the big burn mark near the labgear logo.

I would highly recommend Craig.  He was knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and very professional.  Craig installed a Freesat dish for me in March and moved the aerial point to a new location.  Craig was able to recommend the best aerial for my needs and was even kind enough to tidy up some of the old wires from previous owners outside.  I was impressed by how clean and tidy Craig's work was both in terms of hiding the wires but also left no trace of dust after drilling through the walls.  Simply, an excellent job, and will absolutely use again.  Thank you, Craig.

We would highly recommend Craig for his exceptional expertise, work and helpfulness.  He went above and beyond in helping us sort out a TV aerial and to check all the cables and points, set up the TV and DVD player and so much more, as we have just moved into a new home which had restrictive covenants in place but for Craig nothing was too much trouble.

Craig did an amazing job replacing my aerial cables which had to be replaced due to being accidentally cut through with a garden tool.  ?????.  He talked me through everything that needed doing and why.  He was so kind and courteous and even tuned in all the TVs for me as I am not very tech savvy.  He made my sons day fixing it all.  Highly recommend Craig and the work he had done.
