I called to get a quote for a tyre replacement. The price was higher than I expected, especially considering the tyre offered was only a mid-range option, so I decided not to proceed. Unfortunately, when I declined the quote, the person I spoke to became upset and made a racist comment which was completely unacceptable. Regardless of pricing, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. This experience was very disappointing, particularly from a company with such a strong Google rating.

Unprofessional and Bad attitude

2AM pothole split! I was sure I had to wait until a tyre shop opened, I was given these guys phone number by a passing taxi driver, within 30 minutes they was out and put me back on the road, driver very helpful.

available 24 hours means just that!

Was subbed to this coampany by Tyre Patrol Crawley. They scuffed my wheel badly. Couldn't see at the time due to dark evening and rain. Complained, got palmed off.

I did ask on first calling - can you assure me you won't scuff my sheels. Was assured yes we use top nothc equipment. Was not told it would be subbed off to another firm.

Avoid. No ethics or professionalism when it comes down to qulaity wheels.

Avoid if you have painted allows worth a few ££

Fast, friendly and efficient service.  We were stranded at the services with a flat tyre and no way of getting home.  Came out within an hour in the early hours of the morning.  Would highly recommend and would use again.
