We are delighted with the kitchen extension that Altin and his team built (and installed, plumbed, and wired) for us. His early quote was accurate, and there were no surprises as the work went on. Any time there was a problem (never of his making but due to some issues with the architect) Altin came up with a solution and kept us informed. Will definitely be in touch again if we need further building work, can't recommend highly enough.

Altin was hands-on, proactive in solving on-site issues, responsive to changes, and maintained clear communication throughout. The project  was completed at a reasonable price, and the quality of work was outstanding.

Altin was fantastic with explanations and breaking down cost of each job on his quotes. Job was rapidly done by his team bringing forward my own timeline. Job was done really well.

Minor house renovation and fixing rain water leaks

Had tried unsuccessfully to get quotes from a number of builders to deal with a drainage headache in my back garden from a twenty year old conservatory which had a soakaway in the wrong place.  This was becoming very worrying given the very heavy rainfall in the autumn and winter.  Altin and his assistant can to the rescue and resolved my concerns over this issue.  They were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with and provided a breakdown quote for the works.  Workmanship excellent and tidy. Kept me informed at every stage. Brilliant work, very hard workers and clean.  Started the work and finished in time agreed .  I am very happy with quality of work.  I highly recommend this company and I will use them in near future.

2 storey extension, first and second fix

AGTE construction, and Altin, were superb.  All work completed to a high standard.  Work included exterior renovation, roof repair, bathroom and kitchen fitting, chimney removal with support beams, foundation work, electrics and plumbing.  All done properly and in a timely manner.  Altin stands by his work, and has provided support long after completion.  A genuinely excellent building company run by a good man.  Highly recommended.
