Richard and team did an amazing job. They were punctual, tidy and really nice to have around. The rising damp problem seems to have been dealt with very thoroughly and the room was smelling better immediately. The PIV was installed in the loft with easy access for cleaning the filter etc. Richard kept me well informed at all stages and made sure I understood what was happening.
