The work was scheduled for first thing in the morning, but due to bad weather conditions the engineers were delayed. I contacted the company and the lovely receptionist, Lorna, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me fully informed at all times with updates on the engineers’ ETA and whereabouts, which really put my mind at ease.
 Jack and Lewis were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.  They took the time to explain how the air-conditioning unit works, tested it thoroughly, and showed me how to use it properly for the best results.
 hats off to the whole team for  excellent work !

Five-Star Customer Service and Excellent Engineering work

The engineer came round and found the issue with our AC system and then ordered and replaced the parts needed. The system has been running like a dream ever since. Great work by the whole team. I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was easy from start to finish. The quote was competitive and explained everything in lay terms. Communication was prompt and accuarate. The engineer was very friendly, polite and efficient and the sysytem works well, cooling upstairs nicely. Would definitley recommend. 

We had an aircondioning unit fitted upstairs.
