Azam was very helpful and professional and replaced my broken front door lock mechanism the same day for a competitive price. 

Replacement door lock

He contacted & ask about the issue, i provided the details and sent the pics too, gentlemen confirmed via message ' Thank you very much. New lock with keys cost you £85.00 
Supply and install." Based on this appointment  arranged and on the day he said it's a old style lock and £85 is for barrel only although he confirmed via message that it's for new lock and key. He took out all the parts without giving much details and said he need to take it to somewhere and see he can fix this lock. After some time he contacted that he managed to fix it but he charge £130.

Answered my request quickly and came same day to do emergency repair to make door secure. Came back 2 days later to complete the work to a very high standard.

Replacement if locking mechanism on UPVC door

I posted the job very late on Saturday night and had a response on Sunday morning. They came out and made the door secure and have been back today to replace the mechanism. Everything working great now

AK Security was timely and kinda affordable too. The company fixed a door lock and replaced with a new set of keys.

He was quick to respond to my enquiry along with a date to carry out the work and an over the phone price. He came on time and kept in regular contact until then. The work was done well without any fuss. Just be careful not to get caught out with “materials” extra. It’s natural to think it will be a little extra on top of the total but it ended up being double. Out of courtesy, I would rather have been told how much the complete cost would be from the start because I’m not a locksmith and have no clue of going rates etc. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a pleasurable experience.
