Alex and the team have exceeded all expectations.  High quality workmanship, great communication.  Lots of really sound advice and suggestions.  Solved some pretty tricky issues they encountered along the way.  They all very obviously take pride in their work and really care, on top of that are great guys to have around which helps massively.  Highly recommended (already have to friends) and we would 100% use again.

New bathroom (wet room)

Communication was very good.  All of his team were polite, tidy and helpful.  The overall finish was great and the quality of work was good.

Bathroom refurbishment.

He was really communicative, passionate, gave great advice, helpful with suggestions.  He went the extra mile.  We needed a steel girder fitted to support the floor of which he made sure everything was perfect.
