Contacted me quickly after I posted the request on Checkatrade and visited soon after. Their quote was competitive and I had the work carried out last week.

My faulty loft hatch and ladder were inspected. The issues were discussed with me, advice given and options offered. My chosen replacements were fitted within a week. 
Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, communication was excellent throughout.

The communication was very good , had someone out within a few days to have a look and give us a quote, he even gave us a drawing of what will be done and how they would do it. They cleaned up after themselves and had a phone call a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work before paying the rest of the money.

Had the loft boarded with a new hatch and ladder installed

Joel and Ryan did a wonderful job of replacing my metal loft ladder with a wooden one. They only took just over an hour to do the work and tidied up so well that I didn't need to vacuum afterwards. They even carried the old ladder and fittings down 2 flights of stairs so that I could give it to my neighbour.
