Speedy response

We had an electrical fault at our domestic property and were without electricity overnight.  Although it was his day off,  Andy made an impromptu visit and was soon able to restore power.   He was very efficient, professional and accommodating.

Loss of Electrical Power

Andy has just been round to refit a chandelier I have had for 20 years, I have recently moved and been let down by other electricians, Andy came over this evening and fitted the chandelier. Did a great job, friendly and professional. I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Andy communicated well throughout the process and turned up when he said he would. He carried out the report thoroughly and took all the relevant photos. 
Once his report was ready, which only took a couple of days, he sent it across for checking. After that the Final Report came through without a problem.
There was something he mentioned that I was concerned about and he allayed my fears. He also didn’t automatically suggest doing the work and reassured me that everything was safe.

Andy was excellent, this was a small job but he treated it like a large job.  Visited us, gave advice and listened to what we wanted.  Work carried out to a high standard. excellent.
