Arnis helped me by being at my property whilst the boiler repairman from  my landlord, were replacing the boiler, and he managed to ensure that the boiler was fixed correctly, and that the landlord didn’t cut corners and do things that would compromise the aesthetic of my property or cause for the further damage

I recently used their pay-as-you-go service for some maintenance and repair work at my properties, and I was thoroughly impressed. The flexibility of this service was perfect for my needs since I only required assistance with specific tasks. They did an excellent job sourcing high-quality contractors, and the work was completed swiftly and efficiently. The prices were also very reasonable, which added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be using their services again whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Maintenance Assist

As an interior designer and renovator I highly value AMT Property management to provide my clients with superb after-care service, attending swiftly to any issues in their homes, be that with plumbing, roofing, repairs and anything at all that needs attention.  Everything is attended to  quickly and with great care, with full information provided every step of the way.  It is wonderful to have a one-stop shop to call for everything, rather than needing to call separate tradesmen for each issue!  I would thoroughly recommend!
