Finish a built in wardrobe that was left by previous owners

The floorboards under the en-suite shower were damaged by a leak, which led to damage in the neighbouring bedroom. Andy removed the shower tray, silicone, tiles, pipework for the shower, replaced the floorboards, and then reassembled the whole lot and fitted new skirting where required in the bedroom.
The work was very quick and the new floorboards look great. The finish of the silicone wasn't great and there was dust mixed in with the silicone (not completely cleaned before redone).
Overall, he was very friendly, we're happy with the work, and would get him out again.
