The job started well with Andy mending broken floor boards and nailing down others.  He advised that boarding out was not necessary and 5mm fibre boards would be fine as underlay.  Unfortunately it wasn't.  Areas of the floor laid were uneven and 'spongy'.  He also left no expansion gap saying it wasn't necessary.  Andy put right some of this but obviously this delayed the job.  Just one room was siliconed.  Then he didn't let me know he wasn't turning up on an agreed day (Dec.  13th) and could not give me a date to finish the job.  I've contacted him again but no reply.  I'm very disappointed.

Andy arrived exactly when he said he would and got straight to work.  He did a great job and cleared up afterwards, all for a very reasonable price.

Andy arrived on time and got straight on with the job, he laid the kitchen floor and also ran it through into the dining room.  He completed the work in one day and did an amazing job, absolutely seem less throughout and looks incredible.  He cleaned up after himself like he hadn’t even been there.  He stuck to his original quote even though he ended up having to take my door off and take some off it.  Would highly recommend and will be using him again very soon.  Thanks Andy
