Removal of chimney

Apical Roofcare responded promptly to my job request submitted via telephone to Checkatrade.Com Customer Services Team.  They came to my house at the agreed time and explained clearly what needed to be done.  They provided a written quote by email detailing two different options for a proposed solution.  They also indicated when they could come and complete the job.  They clearly answered all my questions via email and telephone.  Apical completed the job to my satisfaction within the expected timescale and left the site clean and tidy.  I would recommend them for similar work in the future.

Refit of all existing ridge tiles on roof.

I think this is the third time I've used Apical and have been impressed every time.  The workmanship seems excellent and it feels like Dan gives his advice and keeps you informed throughout.  Would recommend.

Repairing storm damage to roof

Essential roof repair to rectify a hole in the roof (I’ve just moved in…).  The problem was carefully diagnosed and rapidly repaired.  Gutters also excavated.  Clear and reliable communications, quality materials, skilled work.  Absolutely perfect.  I highly recommend.

Roof repair.

Dan visited to assess what was needed and arranged a date for the work.  Then the storms arrived, so work was delayed a few days.  As soon as the weather allowed, Dan was back to do the repair.  He took a photo of the repair and showed me the work carried out.  Good standard of workmanship.

Capping disused chimney

Dan is hard working, skilled in all roof works.  He is a good communicator.  He did a complete reroof for us at a good price.  Excellent professional result.  Has also done a number of other minor roof repairs.  He is now very busy as most good trades are and I’m sure expanding his team and getting some admin support will help him to coordinate multiple jobs moving forward.  Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan.
