I can’t recommend Richard enough. He walked us through the whole process, advised on which appliances to purchase, kept to timelines and most importantly paused our works due to an external leak. Richard was patient with us whilst we addressed issues with the outside of our property before completing our bathroom. This ensured that the issue was addressed properly and would not impact our newly renovated bathroom. We’re over the moon with our new bathroom and the new tiling is exactly what we wanted.

We had a couple of issues with our toilet and the pipework under the sink causing both to leak. Richard came out quickly to assess the issues and returned with all the necessary replacement parts. Completing the task with professionalism and a great friendly manner. Will definately call on him again should we need any further work.

Recommended to us by our close friend.  It was easy to make contact with Richard and agree appointment date and he arrived punctual on the day. He understood the issue first time and fixed it promptly the same day.  This immediately resolved the unseen wastage we had on our water tank but was picked by our meter reading and was alerted.  Hence, reaching out to Richard with this issue we had.  Very pleased with his work.
